AT Al Shank Insurance, when one of agents hit medicare age they noticed that there was no local agent to help them buy a Medicare Supplement policy or even ask questions about them. . So Al Shank Insurance decided to enter the market.
It was frustrating. It seemed like you either had to get a Medicare Supplement by mail, over the phone or via the internet. That just didn’t make sense to us.
